I was interviewed by Michelle Rather. She was such a warm and welcoming woman. She introduced herself and gave a brief professional background. She gave a rundown of the facility and the different care units. After asking the interview questions, she expressed her staff and workplace expectations. She asked if I felt that I could meet those expectations and if I was interested in the job. I was offered a PRN position for training before offering or rescinding the full time position. Paperwork was started, TB skin test was given, and details for a specific clinic for drug testing was given.
