Quite long process but a good mix of conversation and more structured questions. Wasn’t successful however I felt this was fair, I left my final interview (final round) thinking that the role wasn’t quite the right fit for my skills and that was the feedback I ultimately received. Constructive feedback from me to them is perhaps to be a bit clearer from the start with process expectations but this is being quite picky. All nice people and interesting organisation.
