I had a fairly easy interview, however, I didn’t get a response at all (neither a rejection or an offer) after the first interview which is quite unprofessional as all candidates should get a response at minimum.
I had the interview and they did not even attempt to get back to me. It would have been good for some communication, even to tell me that I did not get the job.
