After submitting my resume, I was called by a Regional Director for an impromptu interview. The call lasted about 40 minutes and the discussion ranged from questions about my life, passions, and how I would share the gospel. A couple weeks later, I was called in for an office interview which focused on similar questions but went into greater detail. They were honest with me about the challenges of the organization.
