I applied online. Heard back about two weeks later. I was interviewed by two different senior directors over the phone. I heard back about a week later with an offer.

Submitted application materials online. Was then contacted to have phone interview. Phone interview was pretty informal, felt more like a conversation. At the end of phone interview, I was told I would be hearing back shortly.

Went to the Office and was interviewed by future supervisor. The interview was easy, and the interviewer was very friendly. They focused on your related experience and skills (eg. language.)
