      Entrevista

      Initially talked with HR and she was wonderful and very friendly. I then proceeded to do a self interview with about 10 questions that are limited to 1 minute each. The next interview with Randall (Service team manager) and it went fine however I was told that it was initially planned to have another person there to stress test people. I was asked questions mostly about handling clients not very technical at all. At this point I was a little concerned as it seems like they weren’t testing technical abilities at all. The 4th interview was completely unorganized, unprofessional, and honestly a waste of time. Randall didn’t prepare for the interview at all. He had brought in a couple others to question me and that was a little more technical but still very low level stuff for a tier 3 position. About halfway through this interview Randall mentioned he forgot to print something. He left the room and printed a piece of paper and brought it to me for a surprise drug test that they wanted consent for. Because of my medicine saliva tests are extremely difficult to do on the spot. I couldn’t get any of the 3 tests to trigger. Randall was also unprofessional and swearing throughout the interview. I was told I could just go to a professional location to get tested the following week because of the holidays. Two days later I get a message saying they’ve went with someone else. My only thought would be the inability to trigger the drug test.

We were very fortunate to have several qualified candidates apply for our position and after careful consideration, we selected another candidate whose qualifications and experience best aligned with the requirements of the position. Drug testing is a standard part of our pre-employment procedure and does not influence hiring decisions unless a result is received that does not meet compliance standards.
