I had both good and bad experiences throughout the interview process with this company. The first two stages went well and HR was quite supportive with transparency. However, I found their coding interview expectations were not realistic based on the feedback I received. A mix of nitpicking and high expectations. Basically if you search on Google during interview, it will be negative point despite them telling you it's ok to do so. Also, even your time is up, still continue on testing your code, they won't say it but they expect you to do it. - HR screening 30 min - CTO screening 30 min - Live Coding interview 1 hour with an engineer and a manager - You pick the language yourself

I applied online and was invited to an interview, selecting a date and time via Ashby. When the interview time came, nobody showed up, and my follow-up emails were ignored. Overall, it was unprofessional and a waste of time.
