I went to an info session at my university and got an interview, which was all behavioral. About a week later I got a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes and was all behavioral again. A couple days later I got offered an onsite interview. They messed up my paperwork and I ended up having to interview at another facility and for a job that was outside my skill set. The onsite interview was a room full of 12 interviewers that everyone talked to 1 on 1 for 30 minutes and then rotated to another interviewer. Everyone did three 30 minute interviews; the interviews were 95% talking about my resume. Only one interviewer asked me a technical question. They said they would have an answer by the end of the day or the day after, but I got email a week later saying the were unable to contact me and I didn't get the position. Overall the process was pretty easy but I got screwed by errors in there system.
