The process was a disaster from their first communication with me. My response(s) went unanswered for days at a time. When they finally selected a time for a Teams interview multiple parties failed to confirm the time and it was left to me to contact HR representative who still didn’t respond. Finally, when the Teams interview took place it was with one person.
!! It’s a sure sign of a broken process or department when the people in charge of recruiting qualified candidates can’t return a simple email or voicemail. !!
Asked to visit HQ facility for in-person interview. Again, a disaster from the start as no one provided timely info and I was left to contact a non-HR POC via email at the last minute to get any info.
Interview was hours long w only one person. Put out lots of info that others should have heard, but were not there to hear. One senior person popped-in for a short period of time, asked basic questions and then departed. Other members of team joined for a session where I had to repeat everything I’d said hours earlier.
It appeared they were going through the motions to interview w the intent of hiring a pre-selected candidate that may have had far less experience and they could pay less.
Very unprofessional outfit overall. Following interview, I never heard a thing for weeks at a time. Left multiple messages and sent emails which were read w/o response.
Finally, a response was sent to me, the candidate, at 4:59 p.m. on the evening preceding a three-day weekend. This was clearly intended to assure I could not call anyone to ask what happened.
!! 4:59 p.m.!! What a cowardly way to do business!
Run, don’t walk, away from this company.
