Simple codility test that doesn't feel like it offers a good measure of qa understanding or coding acumen. The qa portion was little more than an ISTQB vocabulary test and the code question was debugging if/else blocks in broken logic.
Interview process took about 3 weeks with a couple ad-hoc meetings and a block of 4 or 5 interviews in a day.
The folks on the ground seemed cool, except for some uncomfortable disagreement from a couple qa folks on industry standard best practices. Maybe they were having a bad day, not sure.
The HR 'culture add' portion was the most uncomfortable part. She seemed disingenuous and flat with her expression. I never felt like she engaged in the conversation.
It probably goes without saying, but for any other neuro-divergent folks, don't tell them you are on the spectrum haha. I took the risk and it turned out as I expected. Keep it fake, and you'll likely fit right in. Yes, I'm sour, given HRs double-speak on the issue.
