Overall very positive experience. Everybody was very professional and approachable. I had to decline the offer because of personal reasons. There were three rounds. First with the hiring manager - where we discussed my experience The second round was technical. It was a panel interview. This round was technical, where I was asked to evaluate a flow diagram and come up with test scenarios and overall testing strategy The last interview was again a panel interview with the VP and one senior team member. I was asked to come prepared with a presentation of one of my projects and explain the architecture.
