I filled out a brief employment form and a 3 page questionnaire about basic IT Task. I met with the current Director and IT Coordinator and talked about my experience and why I thought they should hire me.

Overall an average experience. Applied online and heard back a few days later. After I interviewed the second time for the position I was ghosted for three weeks until they finally responded back to my messages and tell me I did not get an offer.
