I applied online through a university job bank and was contacted less than a week later about an interview opportunity, which we scheduled over email. My interview was conducted over a Google Hangouts video call between me and the two managers. It was very relaxed and the conversation flow between us was natural. About a week after the interview, I was contacted via email that I was hired for the operator position, and went in for orientation/training a few days later.
