Initial phone screening, followed by an interview with another Program Management Engineer. It was largely behavioral, but also gauged my knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes. Third and final interview was with a Manager of Program Management Engineers where I was tasked with creating a 10 minute presentation on a project I led.
