Entrevista
Submitted my application online after talking to one of the recruiters at my school's career fair. I got an e-mail about the 1st round of interview 2 days later. I was given a 48-hour deadline to record myself answering about 7 behavioral questions for 20 minutes. All questions were quite simple but it can be a little tough if you haven't thought about them before (such as when did you find your way of doing something ineffective and had to change it?). I thought I did pretty bad and I wasn't surprised to receive a rejection letter. However, for some reason, TI decided me to include me in the 2nd round of interviews. This time it was a virtual interview with an interviewer. The questions were similar and again behavioral but more in-depth. The interview really wanted me to back up my answers with projects I did in school and not any class but classes on engineering. Make sure you are ready to describe them and mention what your role was. Although I felt confident about the 2nd round interview, I was not able to move on any further.

There were three interviews in the process. The first was an on-campus interview immediately following the career fair. The second was a webcam interview. Third was on site and included two rounds of interviews, each with two teams, with lunch and a tour.

Simple 3 round interview. First interview was through a web cam where you were asked 5 questions, given a minute to think about your response and than given up to three minutes for each response. Second interview was with a TI manager through a web cam where they discuss the program and ask some behavioral and some technical questions. I was granted an opportunity to fly to Dallas for the third round of interviews where you spend two hours interviewing. You interview with two managers for one hour and interview with two other managers for the second hour. They ask you to print out a power point of a project that you have worked on and basically they want to see how well you can explain it and how deep your knowledge goes about something you have invested a great amount of time in. After the third interview they let me know that I did not get the job. They are very fast in responding to let you know your status as they got back to me within 2 days of each interview.
