I applied online and got an on campus interview where we covered my resume and they asked one non technical but tricky thinking-out-of-the-box type question. I later got invited to a two day on site interview. There was a tour and a presentation before the interviews. There were two 30 minute panel interviews, involving the typical questions on work experience and then some simple technical questions.
