Entrevista
The interview started with normal interview questions. They will ask you some technical question based on qualification. There will be either 2-3 panel interviewing, and one or all of them is the manager. The interview process is not intimidating and rather a professional interview process, which is great.

Describe the power transmission from generation to distribution.
The interview was done through HireVue. It consists of 5 video recorded interviews, 4 written responses, and 3 multiple choice questions. The time limit can be seen, usually only 2 minutes to respond and 1 minute to prepare. The entire interview is only a single attempt

It was very smooth and relatively moderate level questions. Most of it are behavioral and situational questions. Other than that I would say it was one of the most well executed interview.
