The interview process is very quick and straightforward. I met a representative at a career, she told me off bat that I would be a good candidate and asked me to submit my application. The next day, I was called for an interview for the following day. My first interview was 1:1 and was very casual and relaxed. Overall the interview ended up being very conversational rather than question and answer and I got the opportunity to know my interviewer on a personal level as well. A few hours after my first interview, I received a phone call inviting me for a second round. I was flown to Dallas and put up in a hotel. The night before they took all the candidates to dinner. The day of the interview, we toured the city of Dallas and got to see all the popular tourist sites. After being brought back to the headquarters, I was presented a case study, and then proceeded to have two panel interviews (with two people each). Once again, the interviews flowed very casually and really emphasized getting to know you as a person. After the interviews, the candidates were able to eat lunch with current members in the rotational development program so that we could have the opportunity to meet our *hopeful* coworkers. The interview process was very enjoyable and I knew immediately that Texas Instruments was where I wanted to start my career.
