I had a good experience with the interview process at Texas Instruments. There were 3 rounds: the first round with the Department Manager, the second round with the Department Director, and the final round with the team. The interview mainly focused on technical questions, problem-solving, and whether my skills matched the team environment. The interviewers were professional and the discussion was helpful in understanding more about the role. Although I was not selected, I appreciate the opportunity and the experience gained throughout the interview process. Overall, it was a positive experience.
