The first interview was with a panel with a director overseeing the program and 2 project managers who each took turns asking questions in a conversational format to learn about my experiences. It flowed really well and all interviewers were delightful but was ghosted (no responses and no rejection)

The interview process is very structured with a series of questions to be answered. This is to make sure everyone has an equal chance to be scored appropriately.
The questions range from examples of previous skills and knowledge, hypothetical scenarios, and questions as it relates to the job.
