The recruiters are very lackadaisical. I received an email about setting up and interview and gave my times but after a few days of no response, I had to follow up with the recruiter, which was annoying as she should be reaching out to me. First interview went well and it was via Teams, however, I could see the employees and most do not wear masks. I figured I may be ok with that if I wear mine as we are in a pandemic. Jump forward to the 2nd interview and the recruiter called me minutes before saying the manager just went home sick. Little did she know that I know several people there and this manager vacation started the next day, sick he was not, he wanted to start his vacation. Now 2 weeks in to this, my friends who work there informed me that SEVU employees tested positive for Covid and the CEO was still making them come into work. No announcement was made advising of a deep cleaning, the temperature kiosk that they have, every single person I know who works there said they stop working weeks ago. Now, I can put up with a lot but knowing that employees are testing positive and you’re so “pro in office” that you’re willing to put their health as risk, turned me off and I stopped the process. I then started to look at the reviews and it seems the culture is now toxic, as so is the CEO. Bullet dodged!!
