Phone screen, then hired as temp, which got to work or a long time with high pay. There was no rush to hire, and good feedback, but would not commit. Very structured interview. A lot of questions, with 4-5 different people. A lot of "tell me a time when", or "how would you deal with", but very little related to the job, or work.
