Entrevista
I was contacted by HR responsible on phone and set up a online interview date on skype. The skype interview was held with HR responsible and project manager from Dubai. The meeting was very constructive and good.
The second interview was in Istanbul in their head office. The HR responsible and project manager were participated online. There are 3 other employers from different departments.
I made a case study in a limited amount time. They gave me 9/10 for my quick and true answers.
Although everything looked good, the attitude of other employees in Turkey towards me was very irritating. They tried to pressurized me a lot, even I discussed every technical detail related the responsbilities for the role with the manager in Dubai.There was no coordination between them or previous evaluation for me.
I was quite unhappy for their behaviour and their unprofessionality related to this stage of job application process.
They haven't given me any answer neither negative nor positive which is also very unprofessional for that kind of international company.

Multiple steps hiring path including live and offline exercises, QI tests, tech and motivational questions. Final interview with the line manager to identify motivations and discuss possible career paths and ambitions.

Entrevista
The interview took 2 hrs. The first hour was with the HR, he started with a 2 written questions 1) challenging experience 2) experience with internal or external, given 15 mins to complete. The HR asked questions to see if we really want this job. The second part was with 2 managers, they focus on team work experience. And again if we really want this position.

Entrevista
They had one round of telephonic interview and second round for review of a business case. It was very interactive and they wanted to know if you are really interested for this position. They will ask you about your previous experience and responsibility. They will try to check if you are a perfect fit for this position and then only hire you
