Applied online Received a call a couple of weeks later from HR where we just briefly went over my resume and aspirations. I was sent a link to an SHL test (logic, timed fast paced quiz). Succeeding in that, I was invited to an onsite evaluation day in Modena. Together with two other candidates we took part in group and individual tests that testes our reasoning and communication skills (for example analysing a business case). I had a great impression of the company as a whole. Managers were friendly and smart and the office was beautiful.
