I had a very positive experience during my interview with HR. The HR representative was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. But During my technical interview with Testlio, I encountered some issues that made it difficult for me to have a positive experience. The interviewer's English proficiency was poor, which made it challenging for me to understand him. Additionally, it seemed like he was not particularly engaged or interested in the interview. The interviewer asked me about POM and Action Oriented Programming. He asked me to automate a Google search in Selenium, which is not best web for automation. Furthermore, I was informed by HR that the interview would focus on Java, but the interviewer asked me about a different programming language. This inconsistency made the interview feel unprofessional and unorganized. Overall, I believe that there is room for improvement in Testlio's interview process, particularly in terms of ensuring that interviewers are clear and consistent in their communication and that they stick to the agreed-upon topics.
