The interview process was straightforward. They are just trying to get to know more about you, your skills and motivations for applying there. Be aware that general competency questions are going to be asked, yet they are not difficult to answer, and would require general sales assistant knowledge.

Basic questions and outline of the role. Often left on your own during inductions for hours which can put you off straight away . Managers usually one of two extremes, either very nice or very blunt and unresponsive

Informal conversation with the manger at the back of the store. With normal interview questions. Unreasonable pay tho, £6.78, as well as night shifts which do not fit my schedule
