Entrevista
For internship, it's 1 round of behavior + 2 rounds of technical interview. For FT, I think it's 5 rounds of technical interviews and then they will hold a panel review to decide.

Entrevista
1. Resume screening
2. Questionnaire Filling (HR),
3. Interview with Hiring Manager,
4. Aptitude Test
5. Panel Interview (Lasts for 6-7 hours with each panelist interviewing for 1 hour)
6. If Panel agrees, then Evidence of Excellence needs to be submitted for Executive Approval.
7. If Executive Approval is received then, salary negotiations can take place.
8. Offer is signed. This is a conditional offer.
9. Background check is initiated. If everything is clear, offer stands.

Designing of Fixtures: I was given a subassembly and asked to explain how will I design a fixture for testing it.
signing the NDA, HR will inform the availability of the team we can select our slots. HR are very good at their job and usually responds back in 24 hours
