Started on the phone with recruiter, moved to Phone interview with Tech lead It moved to plant face to face with lead and had tour and had to set up a simple prototype then final was 5-person interview online (one at a time)

Entrevista
A Tesla interview is fast-paced, technical, and focused on innovation. Candidates are expected to demonstrate problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of their field. The process often includes multiple rounds, such as phone screens, technical interviews, and a final panel or on-site session. Interviewers value first-principles thinking and alignment with Tesla’s mission. Passion, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure are key traits they look for.
Easy and understandable with ease of the hiring manager. I really enjoyed the interview with a passion. I was greeted very fairly with respect and honor which in turn made me want to go on with the interview and work for the company
