Interview went on for 2 hours over the phone. It was supposed to be a quick screening, but somehow there were a lot of questions about the basic electronic components - capacitor, bleeder resistors, etc. Also answered several questions about li-on batteries. The interview went on for a long time like that.

Pretty straightforward, to the point, no wasted time. They want to know you're a good person to work with and also a bit of your thought processes. Reasoning outloud is a good strategy and be open to change. If you have many rounds with different people be sure to study the interview after the fact.
