Tough interview overall, be prepared to be able to speak about general knowledge of cars and the automotive industry, regardless of position interviewing for. Nothing I prepared for was on the interview.
Very much related to my resume, Interest in joining Tesla, and many Behavioral questions.
Overall, the experience was great and the environment set by the recruiters was helpful for me to answer
Fast paced and very straight forward interview. First asked me to walk the interviewer through resume. Then basically asked for details on the experience listed on resume. When I mentioned I’m familiar with BOL, they go deep by asking me what’s the difference with BOL and commercial invoice. What’s listed on these two things.
