They give you a simple test with some bolts a 5 year old could do it. That is the easy part if you are not the what they want there is some funny stuff going on i felt that certain individuals were getting called and the others left in the room to watch redundant tesla video. If you find your self a favor and leave because they already choose who they want. This is a cattle call and iam letting you know your a number. They want to see if you will make tesla your life. Once again to my bros no pants and be clean shaving. I can not stress enough. a hundred people were in line when i went for my interview. No one seemed really cheerful more like they just needed a paycheck. They dont care about your resume and experience it is all who they like. I seen people with jeans and tennis shoes get hired. My buddy who works there tells me it like a sweat shop with robots. I love the opportunity and grateful. I hear there is a high turnover to. There are i least a dozen temp agency that are there trying to get people in. Like volt,westvalley staffing and dozens more. The contract is only 6 months and your finished. Oh the interview is way too long sitting around for 5 to 6 hours just to here some shmuck the guy that interview me was a tall white guy who was half asian. Im not saying but iam saying it. Unprofessional to keep people waiting 6 hours . So do your homework make sure you have
a least 3 days off. They will waste your time if your not right fit.
It was casual and informal. I found that the managers were not very focused and seemed to lack professionalism. I'd recommend asking them more questions about the position and what it can offer you. There will be alot of sales force

The interview process was straight forward, but they were unresponsive following. I did follow up, but the recruiter did not make any effort to return my reach outs. I was kind of confused as i thought this was a pretty prompt high standard company.

They asked very open ended questions, pretty generic for band knowledge.
The group interview will do a lot of role-play and will ask to sell me something. They also ask open questions, like, Can you tell me about your sales experience? How do you approach generating new leads and closing deals? How do you handle rejection and what motivates you to exceed sales targets? Also, question about Tesla products.
