It was a group Interview. They only asked about 4 or 5 questions, and they were all very basic. I was seated at a table with 4 other applicants. They asked a question and we would all answer the same question one after the other.

How has your previous work experience prepared you for this position
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person

Entrevista
Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
Was a Phone interview followed by in person interview. Straight forward questions with straight to the point conversations. In person was a little more intense but nothing too difficult over all.
