Went very simply. I applied online and they called me back. I thought my application would get lost like other places but they were very prompt and immediately called me to set up an interview with them.

3 step interview process, 1st phone call recruiter asked questions about past experience etc, 2nd with department manger and 3rd with operation manager. Recruiter didn’t call at the time I have accepted because she didn’t find a confirmation email on time , so it was rescheduled, 3 rd step- I was informed that interview is cancelled the moment I pressed long for meeting, they forgot to called me earlier, so rescheduled again for another time. It was a month ago and I still didn’t received any feedback from them whatsoever.

Very unorganized company. Got interviewed over the phone by a recruiter who said they would schedule the next interview with the actual local manager. A week later I receive an email saying they aren’t going to move on with me.
A week after that I get a call from the local manager where she expressed her interest in me and asked if I was still interested. Next day get a call from yet another recruiter where I had a very short conversation where she was clearly not paying attention with background noise and activity. She too says she’s will schedule an in person interview at the local showroom. A week goes by and I contact her who also says they are moving in another direction...I was never told that or got a call.
Clearly the hiring process is flawed with lack of communication. I’m assuming the second recruiter wasn’t aware I was told no once already, but I definitely haven’t had anything like this happen before.
