whether you can fit into the culture, your personality, your creativity and ability to handle ad-hoc events. it was conducted over lunch and lasted for 2 hours. the overall experience was pretty interesting, intellectually fulfilling. But it happened about 3 years ago so I am not sure if the experience match with what's happening now
