It average it is an interview for a prestige company so take it as is. You won't know until you enter one of their branches and see for yourself. In average you must be a professional and if you don't know how to be one you better start practicing now.
Great, the process was quick and easy. First with recruiter then onsite group interview, 4 people with a hiring manager. Questions were mainly about yourselves. Understand Tesla's mission is a brownie point.
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person

Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
