We were interviewed 1:1 . My interviewee was very nice. I told him i was feeling so nervous and he tried to calm me down lol. He started with a simple question Tell me something about yourself- with a smile on his face. So i pulled myself together and started talking. It’s not that hard. They have like series of question they have to ask to test if you really fit in the company,
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person

Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
Was a Phone interview followed by in person interview. Straight forward questions with straight to the point conversations. In person was a little more intense but nothing too difficult over all.
