It was a great experience. Everything went as scheduled. Going to the factory was awesome and the hiring managers were all nice and down to earth. The hiring managers do really look for you to be excited about the company so go in positive and enthusiastic.

The biggest thing the like to ask is if you know the cost of living in the area. People run away often after learning how much it is to live in that part of Cali.

did an online panel interview with 6 people, including your potential direct manager. They asked general questions about the industry, like handling stressful situations, multitasking, etc., but they also threw in some technical questions and dug into my resume. For example, they'd ask me to elaborate on specific points, and if I gave an answer, they followed up to see if I actually knew my stuff. It’s important to have 5-6 solid examples ready, use the STAR method to structure answers, and know how to pivot to answer questions that you have no previous experience in. You got this!

The recruiter will likely discuss your background, skills, and interest in the role.
Really long process made it through 2 screening interviews then 2 manager reviews. Recruiter ended up just ghosting me never letting me know if I got the job or not. Obviously didn’t move on to the next step but I was never informed.
