Asked questions and didn't actually do a formal interview p-rocess and then the shifts were explained so the timings and how many days a week. Then other questions about the law such as if I was a resident and had right to work.
Group interview where we wrote down answers on a sheet of paper, instead of speaking out loud. This was followed by an hour of stocking the shop with one of the other workers.

Applied and got interview for night shift role. Got to interview and was told your definitely couldn’t do night shifts’ as I’m a female so faced discrimination and then proceeded to interview me for day shifts which I had already stated I couldn’t do. Very discriminatory and sexist
