Contract was set hours and would I be flexible to do additional hours/overtime if required.

Group interview after i filled out an application. The interview was a couple of hours with a variety of tasks and introductions to department heads. They asked me when i could work at the end and said ok see you then.

Asked about customer service skills & experience in further details, difficult experience where you have worked well & also availability.
Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.
