The interview process was easy but a few different stages, depends which department you go for. When you work in retail you just really need to show that you are switched on and you are polite and friendly. That’s all they want to see

I invited to in person interview, after right to work checking. My interview was about 10 mins with store manager and they asked lots of question very fast with strong accent I couldn't understand.

The manager asked me about my hobbies, my studied education and also about my team working ability.
I applied online, completed a short assessment, and attended an interview focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Afterwards, I completed right-to-work checks, induction training, and sometimes a trial shift.
