Really good interview process as we're very accommodating and made me feel at ease. Really good environment with alot of beverages and WiFi. Managers and staff made you feel very welcome.

Quick and easy interview. Asked how to deal with customers and complaints including how to deal with certain situations e.g. shoplifting and refunds. Interviewer was very polite and to the point.

Application for the role was online. The interview process itself was a generic one, where I was asked a few competency and fit questions by a couple people from HR. This lasted around 30 minutes in total.
