I received an interview after doing the online application. I was invited to attend the store where I was asked questions by the interviewer and then was given chance to respond. They asked me about myself and about my experience

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
