Entrevista
Called for an interview. Just basic 1 on 1 questions. Then called back for the driving assessment. Basically driving around town for half an hour in one of the tesco Iveco vans, had to do a reverse around corner, was allowed to give it a second attemp after fluffing up the first attempt, was still about a meter from the curb, but I seemed to pass the assessment anyway. Just watch your speed and keep looking in your mirrors.

Entrevista
Came into the interview dressed in a suit, i had a group interview with another person.. On the dole, trackies on, nike air max's. Happy to say he didn't get the job. but they basically were giving jobs away to anyone who turned up for an interview.

Entrevista
Started with a group discussion, then split into twos for interviews, strangely. We had to complete an online questionnaire, then did a short test drive of the van in the car park. Had to reverse the van into a space. I was called a couple of days later for a proper, on the road driving assessment, which was easy enough. Just remember not to break any speed limits, not to hit anything including the kerbs, and not to shout at any other drivers. I had to reverse the van around a corner, which brought to mind my driving test of many years ago. They are looking for proper use of the mirrors, so rather than the quick glance an experienced driver would use, give them a good long look so they notice!
