Two-hour interview, they started late, average interview all the normal retail questions asked, then we had a 1 hour shop floor trial, meant to be 15 mins but spent over an hour cleaning the shop floor

Easy process. Efficient in terms of response to the application. It was an initial telephone interview which lasted 5 minutes. Then a group panel interview which lasted 30 minutes on a following day.
