Applied online and 1 week and 2 days later I received a phone call asking me to come in for an interview. 2 days later I had my interview, and it was as a group. We introduced ourselves and did a team building exercise, which took just over an hour. After this we then left the room and were invited back in for a 1 to 1 interview. To begin with it was a general conversation, we chatted about hobbies and interests for a few minutes and then moved onto some questions based on the job role and customers. Overall this lasted 10-15 minutes. At 4pm that evening I was offered the job.
The experience was great and the interview was fun and engaging.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
