Appeard a bit disorganised more candidated turned up than expected. Very informal interview, only 2 questions asked, health and safety questionable. A sort time on the shop floor to see how we interacted with customers.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
