It was pretty good. We were taken to the canteen and given forms to fill out. then they took us to a conference room and did a group exercise asking us to order ourselves by age - just to loosen up. Then they asked us to do a role play, showing good and bad customer service. Then they asked us some behaviour questions, then asked whether we'd be willing to work elsewhere (other than our chosen branches). Then they sent us back to the canteen and those who were successful were taken back to the board room and others were sent home.

Easy - just wanted to know if I had any customer service experience. Was offered the job in 2 weeks and started the week after.quick process and nice friendly company
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
