Group interview - included group discussion where most assessment was done, practical shop floor participation to give a example of the work carried out in the role and finished with a one to one chat. Chat was aimed at learnimg about opportunities in tesco and then candidate flexibility and enthusiasm for working, finally with time to ask questions.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
