Online application - pretty easy Telephone Interview - pleasant 1to1 Interview - Hell Dot com Manager who interviewed me started off nice enough. Explained the role of a Personal Shopper, how he'd started at Tesco, blah blah blah. Then asked me about my eight year absence from employment. I explained that I have Bipolar Disorder and went through a very rough time, but after looking after myself and being stable with medication and therapy, I was ready to return to work. He then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't have somebody who cried all the time and shouted at people for no reason. I was fuming!!!! I just got up and left. Complained to head office about my interview experience and they were extremely apologetic and promised to pass my details to the store manager so that he could apologise to me personally. Still waiting 3 months later!.

Easy fill-in online application, followed by an in person interview with manager about a week after. Nice and friendly chat about expectations and making sure I met the right requirements for the job.
