I applied through the campus career fair. The process was mediocre. Was invited to a group interview which contained about 20-30 students. They gave us a tour and gave us a presentation on the company. An interview with a panel of 3 was done at the end. The group interview was pretty much the whole day and was exhausting. Second interview was with a panel of 3-4 as well and a test was given depending on which position you fit well with. Career fair to the last interview took about 3-4 months. Interview questions are not too hard. Pretty much behavorial questions. Having a background/experience on controls and network will help tremendously.
